Christmas Blessings!

Today we received one of the nicest Christmas gestures I have ever received. After checking my email I checked outside my door to find a plate full of cookies! How awesome is that! To think that two very special ladies (Diane & Niki) would spend time to make cookies not only for the Bungay's but for every Cadet family is such an example of God's love! On top of the plate that is filled with shortbread cookies, snowballs, marsh mellow cookies etc there was a little note that read, "A treat for busy people." I am so thankful to these ladies for providing me with a moment of Christmas Joy...perhaps I will pay it forward!

Tonight I have been doing some Christmas assignment prep. Youth Group and Kids Squad to be exact. It's so hard to plan for children and teens that you don't know! What do they like? Games? Discussion? Being foolish? Serious? Youth group ideas are coming together a little faster than kids squad....but by tomorrow I hope to have them both completed.

Sheldon is out playing hockey...the perfect time to relax, watch a girly movie and eat some popcorn! Enjoy your weekend everyone!
